Set at the end of Plantation Drive within the prestigious Sugar Hill Resort, Bananaquit offers a private position with sweeping sea views across the West Coast.
The villa offers five en-suite bedrooms – three in the main house and two in a detached guest cottage – comfortably sleeping up to ten guests.
A two-level infinity pool, a basement games room, and full access to the Sugar Hill clubhouse make this a villa built for long, easy family stays. Upstairs, the main living space opens onto a covered terrace with sweeping sea views, where a dining table seats up to twelve for long, easy evenings.
Three en-suite bedrooms sit on the ground floor of the main house, each with French doors leading straight onto the pool terrace.
The detached cottage offers two further en-suite bedrooms, giving guests genuine separation and privacy from the main house.
Outside, an infinity-edge pool cascades into a smaller pool below – ideal for younger guests – framed by a covered bar and sun loungers.
Downstairs, a basement games room with a pool table, table tennis and a TV keeps the whole family entertained, rain or sunshine.
As part of the Sugar Hill Resort, guests have full use of the estate’s clubhouse, restaurant and bar, communal pool, gym, and four floodlit tennis courts and paddle courts – all an easy walk from the villa.

The Best of Both
What I love most about Bananaquit is its position. Tucked at the end of Plantation Drive, it feels quiet and private. But you’re still right in the middle of everything Sugar Hill has to offer.
Downstairs, there’s a games room with a pool table and table tennis. A small touch, but it makes a real difference to a family stay.
And being on Sugar Hill itself is such a convenience – you can walk to the clubhouse for a sundowner or dinner at the restaurant without ever needing the car.

Summer and Winter Payment terms: For bookings over the Summer and Winter period there is typically a 5 night minimum stay upwards. The deposit payable is 25% of the total rental price and the balance is due before 60 days of the arrival date.
Christmas and New Year Pricing Information: Bookings over the Christmas and New Year period tend to have stricter payment terms and higher room rates than at other times of year. Typically bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay.
