Set within the private, gated community of Westland Heights in St James, Cool Wind is a six-bedroom villa that stops you the moment you walk in.
The villa sleeps up to thirteen guests across six bedrooms – three king suites on the upper level, a self-contained two-bedroom suite at garden level with its own living space and galley kitchen, and an additional overflow room off the TV room.
The layout is generous throughout – a large open-plan living and dining area, an air-conditioned TV room, a private gym, and a pool deck designed for long days in the sun.

Upstairs, three king suites each have their own en-suite bathroom. The master suite has a private balcony and a soaking tub. The second has balcony access. The third has its own soaking tub – each with enough space and privacy to feel entirely its own.
At garden level, the self-contained suite has a queen bedroom, a twin room, a private living space with sofa-bed, and a galley kitchen – ideal for families or groups who want their own space within the villa.
Outside, the pool deck is where the days happen. A large private pool, a bar with draft beer on tap, sun loungers, a gazebo, a BBQ, and an outdoor dining area – everything for long, easy afternoons without ever needing to leave.
An air-conditioned TV room and a fully equipped private gym round out the villa, keeping guests comfortable and active whatever the weather.
Guests also enjoy complimentary access to the Fairmont Royal Pavilion Beach Club – loungers, beach service, and a 10% dining discount included for up to ten guests.

Summer and Winter Payment terms: For bookings over the Summer and Winter period there is typically a 5 night minimum stay upwards. The deposit payable is 25% of the total rental price and the balance is due before 60 days of the arrival date.
Christmas and New Year Pricing Information: Bookings over the Christmas and New Year period tend to have stricter payment terms and higher room rates than at other times of year. Typically bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay.
