Step into a villa built for space and light. Ixora is a four-bedroom retreat positioned on almost an acre of tropical gardens within Royal Westmoreland, just off the 16th hole of the golf course.
Arrive through a grand entrance foyer, where high ceilings and coral stone finishes set the tone before you’ve even reached the living room.
Sleep is never a compromise here. Three en-suite bedrooms sit together in the main house, while a fourth – the master suite – stands entirely apart in its own private wing, reached by a covered walkway and finished with a four-poster bed and walk-in closet.
Days unfold across the covered terrace and pool deck, with a dining terrace and informal seating area offering guests another spot to take in the gardens.
Beyond the villa, Royal Westmoreland opens up entirely – full resort membership brings the golf course, tennis courts, the Sanctuary pool and gym, and a shuttle to the Mullins Beach Club, loungers and towels included.
Whether it’s a family gathering or a group of friends, Ixora gives everyone the space to spread out, and just as easily come back together.

All prices exclude tax. A 10% Barbados government tax and 2.5% service charge will be added to every rental price.
A security deposit of US$2,500 will be required on or before arrival. Price subject to confirmation by property owner.
Summer and Winter Payment terms: For bookings over the Summer and Winter period there is typically a 5 night minimum stay upwards. The deposit payable is 25% of the total rental price and the balance is due before 60 days of the arrival date.
Christmas and New Year Pricing Information: Bookings over the Christmas and New Year period tend to have stricter payment terms and higher room rates than at other times of year. Typically bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay.
Staff Information: Cook service available Dec 25th however housekeeping will not be provided.
