Tara House sits just above the west coast near Speightstown, St. Peter, elevated enough to hold uninterrupted sea views across the Caribbean.
Step inside and the great room opens directly in front of you: double-height ceilings, the pool deck straight ahead, the coast beyond it. The covered terrace runs above, catching the trade winds and the full coastal panorama. Inside and outside connect without transition, the rooms flow naturally out to the pool and gardens.
The pool is 51 feet of saltwater with a floating tanning deck and a private bar on the deck. A shaded lounge and covered barbecue dining area run alongside it.
Evenings outside happen without any arrangement.
Four bedrooms, all en-suite, each with direct outdoor access or a private terrace. Air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, Sonos sound system, HD TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi.
Mornings here have a rhythm. The open-air yoga pavilion sits within the gardens, mature tropical planting, established palms, pathways that lead to different views over the coast, a genuinely peaceful place to start the day. The Peloton gym is next, facing the ocean directly. Afterwards, the infrared sauna and open-air shower complete the circuit. It’s the kind of morning that recalibrates everything.
The gardens themselves are worth noting separately. Dense, decades-mature planting surrounds the whole property. It takes a long time to grow a garden like this and it shows in every corner of the villa.

Summer and Winter Payment terms:
For bookings over the Summer and Winter period there is typically a 5 night minimum stay upwards. The deposit payable is 25% of the total rental price and the balance is due before 60 days of the arrival date.
Christmas and New Year Pricing Information
Bookings over the Christmas and New Year period tend to have stricter payment terms and higher room rates than at other times of year. Typically bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay. There is a higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price payable for these bookings and the balance becomes due earlier, at 90 days before arrival.
